By accessing or using the Office Niti platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Office Niti provides an online platform for office interior planning guidance in India. Our services include: budgetary estimation tools, design inspiration galleries, educational content (Knowledge Hub), ecosystem directories, project management tools, contract and RFQ templates, expert Q&A, and related content.

All cost estimates, benchmarks, and figures provided on the Platform are indicative only. They are based on historical data and general market conditions, and should not be relied upon as exact or guaranteed project costs. Actual costs may vary significantly based on specific project requirements, location, contractor, and market conditions at the time of execution.

Certain features of the Platform require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, design templates, contract templates, cost guides, and software — is the property of Office Niti or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use content from the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial project planning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from Office Niti.

Contract and RFQ templates downloaded from the Platform are licensed for single-project personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used as the basis for commercial template products.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Office Niti does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, including cost estimates, vendor information, or expert responses.

Cost estimates generated by our tools are indicative budgetary figures only. They are not professional quantity surveying reports, engineering assessments, or architectural specifications. You should obtain independent professional advice before committing to any project expenditure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Office Niti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: project cost overruns, contractor disputes, material defects, or decisions made based on Platform content.

Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Platform may feature or list third-party vendors, architects, contractors, and project managers ("Third-Party Service Providers"). Office Niti does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any Third-Party Service Provider listed on or referred through the Platform.

Any agreements entered into with Third-Party Service Providers are solely between you and that provider. We are not a party to such agreements and are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such relationships.

We recommend conducting your own due diligence — including verifying credentials, checking references, and reviewing contracts independently — before engaging any service provider.

You agree not to use the Platform to: post false, misleading, or defamatory content; impersonate any person or entity; upload malicious software or interfere with Platform operations; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations of India or any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@officeniti.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
